CBSE schools loosing standard in english

Many schools ,even though called cbse schools, are loosing its' standards in English. This may be because that these schools just need to be called "affiliated to cbse,Delhi" but not it's students. Many suffer from high fees and low grade teaching in these schools. Its said that even some +2 schools have English teachers without even an M.A.It seems that the Central Board of Secondary Education, doesn't interfere in tuition in its affiliated schools.
