CBSE class 10 Result 2009

Class 10 result for Delhi, Allahabad and Guwahati Regions will be declared on 29 May 2009.

Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi i.e. CBSE has announced result declaration date for class 10. The result for CBSE class 10 for Chennai, Ajmer and Panchkula regions will be announced on May 26, 2009 at 10:00 Hrs. As usual the result for other regions is declared 1-2 days after that one.

So class 10 result for other regions is expected on 29 May 2009. CBSE class 10 result is being announced after 4 days of declaration of class 12 result in all regions. Class 12 result was declared on 20 and 22May 2009.

Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi has declared the result announcement dated for CBSE class 12 Board result.

The Result for CBSE Chennai, Ajmer and Panchkula regions will be declared on May 20, 2009. This year CBSE has changed the time of declaration of the board results. The Result will be declared at 10:00 a.m. in the morning over internet as well as in the schools.

The results for CBSE Delhi, Guwahati and Allahabad regions will be declard on May 22, 2009. The class 12 result for these regions will also be declared at 10:00 a.m. in the morning.

KV Admission Schedule in Kendriya Vidyalaya for 2009-10

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan KVS has issued schedule for admission in verious KV's Kendriya Vidyalayas for the session 2009-2010. The admission notification will be published in first week of February 2009 and KV admission forms will be made available from 15th February 2009. The registration cum admission form can be obtained from the concerned KV on the payment of Rs. 100/-.

Instructions for filling-up the registration form:

The registration forms can be collected on payment of Rs.100/- from Vidyalaya Office on any working day between 10.00a.m and 1.00p.m. They should be submitted within the stipulated time.

The registration forms should be completed in all respect with the One Passport Size Photo.

Only attested copies of BIRTH CERTIFICATE, COMMUNITY CERTIFICATE (In case of SC/ST) should be attached with the registration form at the time of registration.

Original Certificate of Birth and Community (in case of SC/ST_ should be submitted at the time of Admission.

Children born on or before 31.03.2004 are only eligible for admission in Class I. For remaining classes, except class II, the eligible age will be calculated as on 30the September of the academic year. For example minimum age for Class – III should be 6 years as on 30.09.2009.

All admission procedures will be completed by 31.07.2009.

15% seats for Scheduled Caste and 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes are reserved in all FRESH ADMISSIONS. 3% seats are reserved for Handicapped Children.

Admissions in KVS are not restricted to Central Government employees alone but are open to all. Only certain priorities have been laid down for regulating admission of children belonging to different categories.

CBSE schools loosing standard in english

New Exam Pattern for AIPMT (CBSE) from 2009

The second and final phase of the entrance test conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for admission to medical colleges in the country will have only objective questions from next year.

From next year, students sitting the all-India pre-medical test for MBBS or dental courses will not have to answer long questions. Instead, they will first take an objective, multiple-choice preliminary test on April 6, and the successful candidates will then appear in a final test on May 10 that too will have only objective questions.
